Phyllo Cheese Tarts
Melt one cube of butter and brush twelve 3" muffin pan cups with butter.
Set aside.
Unfold phyllo dough. Remove one sheet, leaving remaining dough covered with plastic wrap.
Brush melted butter gently over dough.
Sprinkle two teaspoons of sugar across dough.
Repeat with four phyllo dough sheets.
This will make four shells. Repeat three times to fill muffin tins.
Cut phyllo dough sheets into four equal parts.
Gently press squares into muffin cups.
Bake 350'F for eight minutes...or lightly brown.
Cheesecake filling
One 8oz. package cream cheese
One can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
Mix well
Remove shells from muffin tins and cool on wire rack.
Spoon cheesecake filling into shells.
Top with fruit.

1/2 cup fresh or canned fruit
Cheese Cake Filling
One 8oz. package cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
mix well
Preheat oven to 350'F. Brush twelve 3" muffin pans with melted butter. Unfold phyllo dough. Remove one sheet leaving remaining dough covered with plastic wrap. Brush with butter and sprinkle with 1-2 teaspoons sugar. Repeat procedure using remaining sheets, butter and sugar. Bake about 8 minutes or lightly golden brown. Remove shells from pan and cool on wire rack. Spoon cheesecake filling into shells. Top with fruit.
